    Our customized products include internal and external accessories for medium and low-voltage circuit breakers, production and assembly of components, manufacturing of key copper parts, and other custom needs proposed by customers.

  • Can you assist with design if we only have initial ideas for customized products?

    If you have 2D/3D drawings, you can provide them directly. If you only have a description of requirements, our engineering team can offer design support: we’ll output solution drawings based on your application scenarios, and start production after confirmation.

  • Are the quality standards for customized and standard products the same?

    Absolutely. Customized products also comply with the ISO 9001 quality management system. From raw material inspection, process control to finished product testing, all follow standardized procedures. Additionally, we add a "special inspection for custom parameters" to ensure they meet your requirements.

  • What is the process for customized products, and how long does it take?

    The standard process is: requirement communication → solution design → drawing confirmation → sample production → sample acceptance → mass production → delivery. The cycle depends on the product complexity.

  • How are sample costs and lead times calculated?

    Sample costs and lead times depend on the product’s complexity. You can provide drawings or requirement descriptions first, and we’ll evaluate the specific costs and lead times for further discussion.

  • Can custom parameters be adjusted during mass production?

    Yes, but the existing inventory produced before adjustment must be handled. To protect both parties’ interests, there are two options: 1) prioritize using it in subsequent orders; 2) if it can’t be used, we’ll negotiate a reasonable compensation plan.

  • What precision can custom copper parts achieve? Do you support special surface treatments?

    Custom copper parts typically have a precision of ±0.05mm, sufficient for most electrical connection and conduction scenarios. For surface treatments, we support tin plating, nickel plating, passivation, etc. Plating thickness can be customized based on your needs. Provide detailed usage scenarios or performance indicators, and we’ll recommend the best solution.

  • Can customized products meet special environmental requirements (e.g., high temperature, high humidity, corrosion resistance)?

    Yes. This can be achieved through material selection and process optimization. Please specify environmental parameters in advance, and we’ll design targeted solutions.

  • How do you ensure the reliability of customized product production?

    We use an MES system to monitor the entire production process of customized products, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout.

  • How is the price of customized products calculated? Is it more expensive than standard products?

    Customized product prices are based on materials, process complexity, and order quantity. Without special requirements, the price is similar to standard products.

  • Do you accept small-batch custom orders? Do you have order quantity requirements?

    We accept small-batch custom orders, though pricing may differ from larger orders. Our order quantity requirements are flexible, and we can discuss the right batch size for your project.

  • What if the product fails acceptance?

    Product acceptance is generally based on your requirements, with designs and test reports provided accordingly. If defective products appear during acceptance:If caused by us: free rework or remanufacturing;If not caused by us: a solution will be negotiated.

  • Can you sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure custom product designs are not leaked?

    Yes, we support signing confidentiality agreements and contracts.

  • How long is the product warranty period?

    We provide a 12-month warranty for our products.

  • Can long-term cooperation customers enjoy priority production scheduling or price discounts?

    Yes. Long-term customers (with annual purchases ≥ 500,000 RMB) are included in the "VIP Custom Channel" and enjoy benefits such as priority production scheduling, free samples, and 3%-5% discounts on bulk orders.

  • Can you customize product logos and packaging according to our brand logo or packaging requirements?

    Yes. We can laser-engrave logos on product surfaces (for copper and plastic parts). Packaging can be custom cartons (with brand information printed) or anti-static bags. Please provide logo specifications and packaging drawings in advance.

  • What technical support do you provide if there are installation or performance issues during product use?

    We have a comprehensive international technical support system: after receiving feedback, we’ll respond via email within 24 hours, providing multilingual installation manuals, troubleshooting guides, and real-time guidance.

  • For quality issues within the warranty period, how long is the repair cycle? Do you provide spare parts?

    Within the warranty period, if product damage is caused by us, we offer free repair or replacement (you need to provide photos of the problem and third-party test reports). The specific cycle can be negotiated based on your needs. Spare parts are available if required.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We mainly support telegraphic transfer (T/T) payments. If you have other payment method requirements, we’re happy to discuss and find a convenient solution for both parties.

  • Do sample fees and bulk payment support different payment methods?

    Currently, both sample fees and bulk payments are settled via T/T. This ensures standardized processes and efficient order handling. Thank you for your understanding.

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    We support multiple shipping methods, chosen entirely based on your needs to fit your logistics plan. You can specify requirements based on order size, delivery time, etc., and we’ll fully cooperate.

  • Can we specify a logistics provider or delivery time? Who bears the shipping costs?

    Yes, we can arrange shipping via your specified logistics provider (after confirming its service coverage and feasibility). Delivery time is subject to the specified logistics provider. Shipping costs are borne by you, and we’ll fully assist with logistics coordination to ensure smooth delivery.

  • What if the product packaging is damaged or the quantity is incorrect upon receipt?

    Please inspect the goods on-site upon receipt. If packaging is damaged or quantity is incorrect, take photos immediately, refuse acceptance, and contact us. If the issue is caused by us, we’ll arrange re-delivery promptly or negotiate a solution.
